Flora George Dupree

Flora George Dupree age 95, passed on July 7, 2025. She is survived by four children George Renard Dupree (Barbara), Beverly Elaine Dupree, Gwendolyn Ann Dupree, Brian Keith Dupree, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and one sister-in-law Bobbie George of Independence, LA., and a host of nephews, nieces, family members and friends. Flora was preceded in death by her husband George Henry Dupree, parents Sam and Willie Alma George, seven siblings Gertrude Lockhart, Lillie Johnson, Bessie Bellazer, Althea Scott, Ola Sewell, Ivory George, Sr., and Clarence George., one grandson George Renard Santa Cruz. Family and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, July 19, 2025, for 10:00 a.m. at, 2200 Louisiana Avenue, Pilgrim Rest #2 Baptist Church New Orleans, LA 70115.
