Flora Garza Obituary
Weslaco, Texas - Flora Garza, 90, passed away to be with the Lord on February 16, 2024 peacefully at her residence.
Ms. Garza was born on October 22, 1933 in Tiocaltiche, Jalisco Mexico to Mr. Amado Martinez & Mrs. Micaela Carrillo Martinez.
She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband Juan Angel Garza Bernal, her son Luis Armando Garza, her brother Jesus Martines and her sister Maria del Socorro Martinez.
Flora Garza is survived by her son Rolando Garza, her daughters; Martha (Jose Alfredo) Castillo, Irene (Armando Barco) Garza, Noelia (+Joaquin Sosa) Garza, her brother Reynaldo Martinez, 21 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation for Flora Garza is scheduled for Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Holy Rosary at 6:00 PM at Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco- Chapel of the Heavens. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday, February 23,2024 at 10:00 AM at San Martin De Porres Catholic Church in Weslaco, Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Weslaco.
