Florence J. Dieringer, age 98, of Canton died Thursday, May 22, 2025, in Aultman Compassionate Care Center after a brief illness. Born in Omaha, NE to the late Lawrence and Margurite (Nelson) Clark, she resided in Canton most of her life. She worked with her husband Leroy, a custom home builder and developer, in the family business. Florence was an accomplished watercolor artist and a member of the Watercolor Society. She enjoyed gardening. Florence was a member First Christian and Greenwood Christian Churches. In addition to her parents Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Dieringer, son, Roy Norman Dieringer, granddaughter, Laura Ann Dieringer and two brothers, Lawrence E. Clark and James Clark, both of whom died in the sinking of the USS Ingraham during World War II. She is survived by her three sons, James (Kathy) Dieringer of North Canton, Lee Douglas (Donna) Dieringer of Canton, and Daniel (Sally) Dieringer of Wildwood, FL; eight grandchildren, Carie (Rob) Peters, Jessica (Walter) Sproat, Steven, Jonathan, Benjamin (Jennifer), Adam, Anna (Derek) Scott and Sarah; six great-granddaughters, Samantha, Madelyn, Alexandra, Jacqueline, Evelyn, and Whitney; two great-grandsons, Jonah and Levi. There will be services held at a later date. A private entombment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery Mausoleum.

I am honored to have a watercolor of hers. Donna and Doug gifted me a picture of Lanterman´s Mill in Youngstown Ohio. It´s absolutely beautiful. My deepest sympathy to the Dieringer family. She led a wonderful 98 years of life.
