Florence "Marie" Springstube, 69, passed away at Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach on September 24, 2025. Marie was born February 20, 1956. In Kansas City, MO to Ray and Reiko Allen. She grew up in in the "Northland" of Kansas City where she was a graduate of Winnetonka High School. The dead-end block of North Drury is where Marie spent most of her youth growing up and making lifelong friendships that lives on to this day. This is also where she met her first husband Dwight French and they had a son Anthony. Marie was a bold and brash women who spent her younger years working in the healthcare field after attending nursing school. Later, after finding her true love Mark, they had a daughter, Aurelia Jean and after a few years decided to head west. With a brief summer in Phoenix, AZ, they headed up to Eastern Washington State were lived for the next 5 years. Eventually they moved back to Missouri where they settled down in the Lake of Ozark's. First in Camdenton by Ha Ha Tonka and finally in Sunrise Beach where they lived for the past twenty years. Marie was an avid reader and later loved playing games on her tablet. With the advent of Social Media platforms, this gave her the freedom to watch her grandchildren's volleyball or football games as well as their latest antics on TikTok. Marie was a loving Big Sister, Wife, Mom, Nana and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Mark Springstube; sisters, Nina Sawaichi and Tina Allen Scott; brother Ucherbelau (Archie) Allen; her son, Anthony and wife Lindsay French; and daughter Aurelia and husband Dan Springstube; grandchildren, Maddison, Brooklyn, Patience, Anthony, Patricia, Payton, Priscilla, Elijah, and Ruger; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Leroy Allen Sr. and Aurelia Reiko Allen (Tulop), and her brother Raymond Leroy Allen Jr. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
