Florence Viola Williams, born on May 16, 1943, in Elkton, Maryland, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2025. She was a devoted mother and cherished grandmother, leaving behind a legacy of love and resilience. Throughout her years, Florence worked as a retail employee, where she exemplified the values of hard work and dedication.
Florence is survived by her loving sons, John Baldwin Sr. and Herbert Baldwin Jr., as well as her daughter, Judith Swauger. A proud grandmother, she will be missed dearly by her five grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, all of whom brought joy and purpose to her life.
Florence was preceded in death by: her husband, Charles Williams; her parents, James Lockard and Mary Simpers.
Services for Florence will be held privately.
Florence Viola Williams will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by all whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace.
