Born in Mechanicsburg, she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Leah (Sanders) Hoffman. Florence loved to clean houses, spend time outdoors, cross stitch and put together puzzles. She was a member of Lebanon Valley Bible Church where she enjoyed attending and watching church online during recent years.
She is survived by her daughter Wanda Bechtel of Palmyra, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Florence was preceded in death by her son Tom Cole, two brothers Elmer Hoffman and William Hoffman and three sisters Mary Otstot, Pearl Rider, and Marion Hoffman.
Graveside services will be held Friday, October 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. from Grand View Memorial Park, 500 N. Weaber St., Lebanon, PA 17046. Those wishing to attend please meet at the cemetery office upon arrival.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, https://diabetes.org/ in her memory.
