Florencio Sauceda was the first born child on March 7, 1955 to Felix and Jesusita Sauceda in Del Rio, Texas and went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2026 in Beaver, OK surrounded by family. Florencio was a faithful servant of God, a dedicated husband and loving father and grandfather.
Flo attended Del Rio High School where he met the love of his life Margaret Ozuna when he was 15 years of age and graduated high school in 1973. After he achieved his bachelor’s degree in finance, he married Margaret on April 14, 1979 to which he was blessed two children, David Florencio Sauceda and Michael Joe Sauceda. Flo began work as a City Manager for Del Rio, Texas and later moved to Corpus Chisti, Texas in 1995 where he continued his work in City Government. In June of 2015, Flo and Margaret retired from working and moved to Laverne, Oklahoma to join David and begin a life as Grandparents. Since joining David, their lives became an adventure of travel and they lived in Utah, North Carolina and finally in Beaver, Oklahoma.
Flo was dedicated to living life to the fullest, never met anyone he did not like and was the person who remembered everyone he ever met. Flo leaves behind his loving wife Margaret of 46 years, his son David and his wife Amalie, son Michael and wife Alicia. His father Felix Sauceda, and brothers Felix and Linda Sauceda, Mando and Elsa Sauceda and Mario Sauceda, grandchildren Elizabeth and Hannah Sauceda, Josalie Ward, Eli and Ezra Sauceda. Several nieces and nephews and an abundance of friends.
He will be joined in heaven by his mother Jesusita and sister Blanca Briones, several family members.
