I knew Floyd when he worked at NHSP. I would take police applicants to him for polygraph tests. I, like him was also an MP in Germany. He was the consummate gentleman.

Hi Barbara, my condolences for his death. Be assured he is in God's Mercy.
I joined the SP in 84, there was still talk of Floyd's work. There have been very few that went from F and G to SP. I was Sheriff in Carroll for 2 terms. I feel like Floyd and I have some common ground. I admire his work with the environment, you take care.
