Floyd (Budder) Steven Williams was born to David and Pauline in Ada, OK on January 3rd, 1948. He was
proud of his heritage, being of Chickasaw decent. He had 4 brothers and 8 sisters. He lived in El Reno, OK
until September of 2016 when he moved in with his son Craig and daughter-in-law Billie, who cared for
him in their home until his passing on March 18th, 2022.
Budder became a father at the age of 20 and was blessed with 2 sons, Steve and Craig, born 2 years
apart. He worked for American Trailers for over 20 years and when they closed their doors, he went to
work for Lucky Star Casino in Concho until his retirement.
He loved to fish, but later in life traded in his fishing gear for time at the casino. After he retired from
Lucky Star, you would often find him back at The Hill. Anyone that knew him, knew he had a love for
classic cars, his latest being his 1977 Chevy El Camino.
Budder loved watching his family as it grew. Steve and his wife Julia with their 3 sons, Brandon, Dikota
and Preston. Craig and his wife Billie with their daughter Kristina and son Blake. He was later blessed
with 4 great-grandchildren. Kristina and her husband Dustin Price with their 3 sons, Kobe, Jordan and
Tristan. Blake and his wife Amber with their daughter Charlotte.
Budder was a man of little fuss and his life reflected that. He was never quick to complain of anything
and you would always be greeted with a smile no matter how bad of a day he was having. He will be
missed, but we take comfort knowing he is no longer feeling any pain.
His service will be held graveside at El Reno Cemetery, Thursday March 24th, 2022 at 2pm. He will rest at
Wilson Funeral Home until that time. No viewing will be held.
