Donna Lann Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Wilson Funeral Home - El Reno on Feb. 26, 2026.
Donna Marjean Lann was born on October 19, 1935, in Drumright to James and Ella Erwin. She passed away peacefully on February 25, 2026, in Kingfisher at the age of 90.

Donna was raised in Drumright and graduated from Drumright High School. On August 3, 1954, she married the love of her life, Claude Leeo Lann. From this union came their three children, Tony, Roxie, and Tanya. They later welcomed Sam and Oscar into their family and loved them as their own.

Donna worked for Kingfisher Public Schools as a cook and later at Cimarron Nursing Home, where she lovingly provided hair and nail care to residents. She took great joy in helping others feel special and cared for.

She was a devoted member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was born and raised Baptist. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life and guided her in all she did.

Donna and Claude shared a passion for motorcycle riding. Claude was a founding member of the Knight Riders, and together they traveled countless miles across the country, making treasured memories along the way.

A talented homemaker, Donna loved sewing and was an active Home Extension member. She proudly entered many creations in county fairs, often making clothing for her family. She was also known for her homemade bread, canning, and dedication to caring for her home and loved ones. Above all, she cherished her family, and spending time with them was her greatest joy.

She is survived by her son, Tony Lann; son, Sam Trent; son, Oscar Trent and wife Judy; daughter, Tanya Buckner; Grandchildren, Vanessa Richey and husband Gabe; Nicole Hux and husband Chad; Chance Lann; Shannon Parker and husband Taver; Destiny Buckner and companion George Hill; Allie Bell and husband Zach; Hope Patterson and fiancé Zach Rouse; along with numerous beloved great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and sister-in-law, Diane Silverthorn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Claude Lann; her daughter, Roxie Lann; her daughter-in-law, Brenda Lann; son-in-law, Ronnie Buckner; and her brothers, James Eugene Erwin and wife Betty, Richard Wayne Erwin, and Bobby Joe Erwin and wife Pat.

Donna will be remembered for her warm heart, strong faith, tireless work ethic, and deep love for her family. Her legacy of kindness, devotion, and service will live on in all who knew her.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
