Fran Sharp Perry

FRAN SHARP PERRY, AGE 71
And a resident of the Enon Community passed away peacefully at her home early Saturday morning July 13, 2024 after a lengthy illness. She taught art classes and third grade students at Ben's Ford Christian School for 14 years before retiring. Fran enjoyed tending to her plants and watching the beautiful hummingbirds and other birds around her property. She had an extensive collection of National Geographic magazines that she kept at her home and often used for instruction of her students. She also had a collection of Washington Parish Free Fair posters. Fran was an excellent cook that loved hosting big meals for her family and friends or providing dishes for church gatherings. She was always a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Daughter and Son in law: Amanda and Cody Sumrall of Pine
Son: Jeremy Perry of Enon
Grandchildren: Piper Seal, Landry Sumrall, Coy Sumrall, Ayriana Culpepper, Katelyn McCain

Jeff and Paula Sharp,
Samantha Sharp all of Bogalusa
Also numerous brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her mother Lorell Corkern Sharp, father and step-mother Charles and Joann Sharp, brother Mark Sharp, father in law and mother in law Durward and Mary S. Perry, other family members and recently by her beloved pet Chihuahua "Sasha".
The family wishes to express a sincere thank you to her nurse Christine Boyet, N.P., for the loving care and support she provided through the years.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Thursday August 1st from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 8:00 pm with Rev. Harold Gaddy officiating.
