Frances "Fran" Bartlett

Frances "Fran" Fredette Bartlett, 94, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025 at Yale-New Haven Hospital with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Deacon William "Bill" Bartlett. Fran was born in Rutland, Vermont on February 3, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Louis and Pauline Lassor Fredette. She worked as an Office Manager for M & R Fundraisers, Inc., Wallingford for 30 years until her retirement. Fran was always very active in her community throughout her life, she enjoyed meeting and talking to people, was an active member of the North Haven Senior Center, enjoyed dancing with the Red Hatters, served on the North Haven Democratic Town Committee, was the Town of North Haven Registrar of Voters for 45 years and a member on the Council for the Aging. To know her was to love her, she will truly be missed. Loving mother of William Bartlett III, Cheryl Bartlett (Robert Eckel), Dawn Mann (Luke), Gayle Schutte (Robert) and Christopher Bartlett (Stephen Fries). Beloved grandmother to Tanya Siddle (Justin), Jordan Schutte (Ella), Noah Schutte and to her great grandchildren Jenessa, Colton and Lucas Siddle. Also survived by her loving sister Therese Gonsalves, nephew-in-law Donald Lacasse, great nephew and great nieces Jeffrey, Allison and Jillian Lacasse. Predeceased by her niece Lynne Lacasse and brother-in-law Antero Gonsalves. The visiting hours will be Saturday morning, November 29th from 9:00 to 11:00 in The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue. A Catholic Parlor Service will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Joyce C.
