Ms. Frances Cochran Beavers, age 94, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 28, 2025.

She was born on Thursday, October 9, 1930, in Evarts, Kentucky, to the late Mr. O.L. and Mrs. Elizabeth Fields Cochran.

Frances was a faithful member of Dalton First Church of the Nazarene.  She loved nature, especially her flower garden at Whitfield Place.  She also loved her family and her friends dearly.  Everyone who knew Frances thought the world of her; to know her was to love her.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Judy Beavers Land; great-granddaughter, Bella Rae Smith; her three brothers and her three sisters; and the father of her children, Otis Beavers.

She is survived by her children, Jerry (Mae) Beavers, Kathy Gardenhire, Brad (Martha) Beavers, Mandy (Anthony) Hughes, and Kristi (Gabriel) Queen; her thirteen grandchildren, her nineteen great-grandchildren, and her two great-great-grandchildren; her brother, Marvin (Diane) Cochran and her sister Katy (Joe) Bell; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life Mrs. Frances Beavers will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Amspaugh officiating.  Frances will be laid to rest following the service in West Hill Cemetery.  

Her family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until the service hour.
