Frances Birkhead Obituary
She was often seen going to NASCAR races and driving her school bus. Her and her husband Eugene (married 65 years) did everything together.
Frankie was predeceased in death by her mother, Marie Hemphill, and her father, Frank Roviello and her child; Eugene Birkhead, Jr. She is survived by Eugene Fredrick Birkhead, Sr., age 84 and her daughter, Mary Ellen Willey, her granddaughter, Logan Buas and her husband, Peter Buas; also, Frankie's only great grandchild, Spiro Bucas. All reside in Ocean City Maryland.
There are no services, but Frankie loved all animals, so if you wish you would make a donation to your local shelter or Humane World for All Animals PO Box 97015, Washington, DC 20077-7656.
