Frances Cloud Obituary
She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Lecter Miller, her sister Vickie Miller, her brother Sonny Miller, and sister Pam McMillan. She was married to Robert V. Cloud Jr., who passed away on Sept. 11, 2023.
She is survived by her four children, Robert V. Cloud III (wife Shelia); William Scott Cloud; Laurie Cloud Janes (husband Vance); Lisa D. Cloud; two sisters, Nancy Ebersole and Velma Busby; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was laid to rest with Military Honors beside her beloved husband Robert at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
