She also leaves behind two nieces, Joyce Rhone and Michele Wouters, with whom she was extremely close; two very special people, Jimmy Gaffney and Ronnie Perini, both of whom she held near and dear to her heart, as well as six great grandchildren, three great nieces, two great nephews and her kitty companion, Tuxedo. She was predeceased by her two sisters, Thelma Minnard and Eleanor Brisson; two nieces, Lorraine Bourgeois and Carolyn Roy and a great granddaughter, Emery Beth Hutchinson.
The family wishes to thank the second-floor staff of the Utica Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, for the kindness, care and compassion shown to Frances during her stay there.
