Frances L. Hoffman, 92, of Independence, Missouri, passed away Saturday, February 7, 2026. Frances was born September 27, 1933, in Lee's Summit, Missouri to Lee and Beulah Huff.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Beulah (Sechler) Huff, her son Rocky L. Hoffman, her brother, Ronald W. Huff, and grandson, Matthew J. Ballard
She is survived by her daughter, Roxanne Ballard, grandsons, Nick Ballard and Zachary Ballard, sister, Joyce Bales, 4 great grandchildren, 2 nieces and 2 nephews, along with their spouses.
