Frances May Kiernan,nee Maguire,of Bogota passed away on August 26, 2025. Frances was loved by many because of her delightful personality. She was admired for her dedication to her family and exceptional cooking skills. Beloved wife of the late Walter Kiernan, Sr. Loving mother of Elaine Olson and her late husband Maynard, Walter Kiernan and his wife Ann, Therese Koraganie and her late husband Habib, Janet Vetter and her husband Paul, Claire Mihanowich and her husband Robert, Michele Alkhalili and her husband Mohammad, James Kiernan and his late wife Lorrie, Peter Kiernan and his wife Nannette. Dear sister of Rose, Helen, John, James, Thomas, Owen, William and Gloria. Cherished grandmother of Patrick, Catherine and her husband Matthew, Laura, Eric and his wife Andrea, Michael and his wife Elizabeth, Robert and his wife Natalia, Omar, Sammy, Jonathan, Seana, Peter, Adam and Lauren. Beloved great grandmother to Haley, Olivia and Emily May. She also had many nieces and nephews that she loved very much. Visiting at Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Ave., Bogota on Friday August 29th from 4-7 PM. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Bogota on Saturday, August 30 at 10 AM. Cremation will be private.
