Frances was born on December 12, 1920, the daughter of William and Ethel Mae (Mavis) Richard. She was united in marriage to Glen Edward Melville on June 10, 1942 in Baltimore, MD. Frances enjoyed gardening, big band dancing, and visiting with her nieces and nephews.
Frances is survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glen, on August 30, 1989; one brother, Bill; and two sisters, Dorothy and Sara.
Graveside service will be 11:00 am, Friday 11, 2025 at the Oakwood Cemetery in Macon, MO, with Rev. Eugene Oneill officiating. The family suggests memorials to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
