Frances Imajean Odom

Frances Imajean "Nanny Jean" Odom age 81 of Fowlerville MI passed away Tuesday May 13, 2025 at her son's home that she lived with surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 14,1944 in Pelzer SC to the late Alonzo Jesse and Sue Kay Hanley.
She was previously married to the late Riley Preston Odom with whom she had four sons with. She enjoyed traveling, going to church, going out to eat, and shopping. She loved most spending time with her family and friends. She loved them 222 much all da way to Heaven! She loved to be the center of attention.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son David Odom and sisters Barbara Ann Campbell, Jeanette "Coot" Starnes Henderson, Linda Belle Hanley, and Sandra Lambert.
She is survived by her sons Jesse "Lonnie" Odom and wife Nadine of the home, Dennis Odom of Houston TX, and Kenneth Odom and wife Melissa "her Missy" of Laurens SC. A brother Roger Hanley and wife Elizabeth of Cross Anchor SC. Special Friends Cheryl & Rick Rendina and Larrel & Cheryl Whitaker all of MI. Grand children her "sunshine" Christine Odom of AR, her "best massager" Heather Odom of the home, her "handsome" Hunter Odom (Hannah) of SC, "Lone-Star" Breahna Odom (Abraham) of TX, Taylor Perkins, Lynda Odom, and Justin Lucas all of TX. Great-Grand Children her "Angel Face" Amber Marie Odom of the home, Stetson Stanley Preston Odom of SC, Isabella,Julianna, & Violet Montejano of TX, Nathan,Devin,Owen,Cayson,Preston Lucas all of TX, Leland, Ember,Kolten,Dalis Perkins all of TX. Many special nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at Church of Christ at 4783 M-52 Stockbridge MI 49285 on Saturday May 17th at 12pm. Officiated by Larrel Whitaker. Family will have lunch after service at the church.
There will be a seperate service in Clinton SC at the Church of Christ. 603 N. Broad St. Clinton SC 29325 Wednesday May 28th at 11am. Officiated by Jerry Harris. The family will have lunch at 1pm following service at 1650 Milam Rd Clinton SC 29325
There will be a private burial at a later date at Rosemont Cemetary in Clinton SC. She will be laid to rest with her parents, son, and sisters.
