Frances Owens Obituary
Born in Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Thurman and Ernestine Murphy.
Frances was a faithful member of Life Spring Church of God, where she loved worshiping the Lord and being part of her church family. Her strong faith guided her throughout her life and was evident in the way she loved and served others.
She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished grandmother. Frances treasured her family above all else and leaves behind a legacy of faith, kindness, and strong family values.
She will be remembered as a wonderful woman whose gentle spirit and unwavering devotion to the Lord touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
In addition to her husband , she is survived by son, Nathan Reilly (Julie); granddaughter, Jessica Reilly; grandson, Robert Reilly; step-son, Marlon Owens; step-daughter, Regina Kotlowski; sisters, Grace Bell, Barbara Fortner, and Donna Burton; and brother, Carl Murphy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Jimmy Murphy .
A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Northwest, with the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the Northwest Chapel. Burial will be held in Graceland Cemetery West .
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shepard's Gate, 490-A S. Pleasantburg Drive, Greenville, SC 29607 or by visiting their website and choosing Shepard's Gate from the drop drown menu, https://miraclehill.org/give.
