Lena Louise Turner, age 89, beloved wife, "Best Mom", devoted companion, and cherished grandmother, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

She was the last of 12 children, born on March 15, 1936, in Greenville, SC, to the late George and Beulah Spearman Coker.

A talented seamstress, Lena dedicated many years of her life to the textile industry at Ruth's Fashions until her retirement. Lena's unwavering commitment to family and work defined her life. She was united in marriage to her beloved husband, O'Dell Turner, and together they nurtured three children. Building a life surrounded by love and determination. Following the passing of her husband, Lena found companionship in Tom Hall, who remained her cherished partner until his own passing.

Her compassion and nurturing spirit will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her. Passionate about the beauty of nature, she found joy in tending her flowers and delighting in the company of birds and squirrels in her garden.

Lena is survived by her children, Odell Turner, Pamela Bishop (Mike), and Connie Landreth; 6 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, husband, and longtime partner, Lena was preceded in death by two grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Graceland West Cemetery.
