Frances Orene Parrish

Frances Parrish (83) of Duette Florida, passed away March 9th 2026

She was born on September 1st 1941 in Fairbanks, Florida to the Late Venon and Julia Prescott. Frances was a proud graduate of Pinecrest High School " Go Pilots" Frances married her life long love Clyde John Parrish on August, 7th 1961. She is survived by her two children; Mildred (Paul) Everheart , Ebson (Julie) Parrish, Grandchildren; Lelee Jason , Kyle and Tiffany and her Great Grandson Jose. Her brother Louis Prescott and sisters Betty Hunter, Inez Hoover, Nellie McCarthy Delong and Catherine Manning and more nieces,nephews, great nieces and grand nephews then anyone can count. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Clyde Parrish and her brothers Vernon, Charles, Howard , Doyle and her step mother. Frances worked many years with the Manatee County School system as a custodian and lunchroom worker and is remembered by those at Duette Elementary. Frances joined the Duette Volunteer Fire Department in the early 1990's and later became an elected Fire Commissioner for the Duette Fire Rescue District where she proudly served for over a decade. Frances will be remembered as a loving Wife , Mother , Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
