Frances Rena Alexander Reed, 60, of Sweetwater passed away on August 31, 2025 at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital, with family by her side.

They were married on June 3, 2016 and celebrated 9 years of marriage this year. Rena's sons, Justin, Michael, and Stephen were the light of her life. She always stood strong for them and was a gentle guiding light along the way, encouraging with unwavering love.

Rena proudly worked for the United States Postal Service as a Rural Route Letter Carrier. Beginning her career with USPS in 2013, she dedicated 12 years of service. She was a hardworking and dependable employee. She was loved by many of her coworkers and families on her route.

One thing Rena enjoyed the most was spending time with family. Driving around in her blue jeep, camping, reading, and taking care of her plants, were all things that brought her joy. Even cruising on her motorcycle or on the back of Tim's bike, in their younger days.

Rena was preceded in death by her son Justin, her parents, and grandparents.
