Frances F. Schotsch, 100, of Wayne Twp. passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at Shenango on the Green following a brief illness.
Born November 9, 1925, in New Castle. She married John A. Schotsch on May 3, 1947. They shared over 73 years of marriage until his passing on February 8, 2021.
Frances attended the former Wampum Pentecostal Church and was a devoted homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis J. Schotsch of New Wilmington, and Darren (Danielle) Schotsch of East Palestine; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Kathryn Wear of North Beaver Twp and Yvonne Diehl of New Galilee, and her brother, James Ferrante of New Castle.
She was preceded in death by her son, David Schotsch and grandson, Michael Schotsch.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday December 28, 2025, from 2 pm until the Funeral Service at 4 pm at the Marshall Funeral Home, 341 Main Street Wampum. Rev. Matthew Bupp will officiate. Interment will be in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
