Frances Genevieve Stepter

Frances Genevieve Stepter, age 87, of Woodbine, MD, transitioned from labor to reward on Thursday, July 14, 2022. Mrs. Stepter was born in Kilmarnock, VA and moved to Baltimore in the 1950s. She was married to the late William James Stepter, Sr. for sixty-five years. From this union, they had six children. In 1995, Mrs. Stepter retired from the Baltimore City Circuit Court as a Clerk in the Domestic Relations Department after twelve years of service. She was a long-time member of Friendship Baptist Church in Baltimore where she served as a Deaconess for many years and was active in many ministries.
On Monday, August 1, 2022, visitation with the family will occur from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services located at 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. The Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Frances Stepter will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, in the Chapel of Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services with the family receiving friends and family from 10:00-10:30 a.m. with funeral services to follow. The interment will take place at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery immediately following services.
