Mrs. Frances B. Tarplin, age 76, of Atlanta, Georgia, entered eternal rest on Sunday, October 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Her transition marks the peaceful close of a life lived with purpose, faith, and unwavering love.

Born on April 20, 1949, in Sparta, Georgia, Frances was the cherished daughter of the late Landers and Bernice Bell. From an early age, she radiated a deep faith in God, a profound love for family, and a heart devoted to serving others.

Frances relocated to Atlanta in her youth, where she pursued her education at Haugabrooks Academy and graduated with the Class of 1966 from Booker T. Washington High School. On January 3, 1967, she entered into holy matrimony with Zack, the love of her life. Their union was a divine blessing, and together they were entrusted with two beautiful daughters, a reflection of their shared devotion and joy.

Professionally, Frances dedicated over 40 years to CNA Insurance Company, where her

integrity, compassion, and excellence were evident in all she did. Her work was more than a career-it was a ministry of care and commitment.

Spiritually, Frances was a devoted member of Hunter Hill First Missionary Baptist Church, where she found great joy in worship and fellowship. She served faithfully on the Trustee Board, Women's Ministry, Cuisine Committee, Usher Board, and as the beloved Coordinator of the E-Tree Project. Her servant's heart never hesitated to extend a helping hand, and her presence was a blessing to all who knew her.

Frances will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her gentle and giving spirit, and her honest, uplifting words. Her prayers were powerful, her laughter contagious, and her smile was light in every room. The legacy of love, kindness, and service she leaves behind will continue to shine in the hearts of those she touched and the lives she inspired.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Zack B. Tarplin, and her brothers: Larry Bell, Crawford Bell, Carl Bell, and Curtis Bell. She leaves to cherish her memories; her loving daughters, Mrs. Angela Tarplin-Taylor (Melvin) and Mrs. Bernessa Tarplin Bronner (Keith(d)); her devoted grandson, Mr. Eric Tarplin (Thea); two beautiful great-

grandchildren, Reid and Heath; two sisters, Bernestine Harden and Marjorie Deveraux; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Frances Tarplin's legacy lives on through those who admired, loved, and were blessed by her journey. Her life was a testimony of faith, love, grace, and her spirit will continue to guide and inspire all who carry her memory in their hearts.
