He was born and raised in Bridgeport and was a barber for many years, owning a salon downtown. On June 8, 1968, he married the love of his life, whom he met through her cousins. They shared an inseparable bond, doing everything together and truly being each other's best friends.
A loving father and grandfather, he centered his life around family, creating lasting memories and traditions. He was known for his cooking and baking, making dishes that became cherished family traditions year after year. He adored spending time with his grandchildren and would do anything for them. He and his wife also loved visiting Lake Delavan, a place they treasured for making memories together.
Known for his gift of gab and playful sense of humor, he enjoyed helping family and friends with errands or anything they needed. He loved going places, experiencing life, and always found ways to make people smile. His love, humor, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
