Friends may visit at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd. on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 1-3 & 5-7pm. Mr. Feeley will lie-in-state at the Stella Maris Chapel on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 10:30-11am, at which time the Funeral Mass will begin. The interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
