I had the privilege of working with Frank for many years. He was a kind and genuine man who I respected immensely. This is from his retirement party, but he never really retired.

I gave $50 as a memorial in his name to the Learning Disabilities Association of Iowa. Frank dedicated his life to the advancement of life for all people. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
