Francis "Frank" LeBlanc

Francis "Frank" "Frankie" LeBlanc was taken home peacefully with his wife by his side on September 16, 2025. He was born February 16, 1958, to Marie Olive (Melanson) and Joseph Edourd Henry Leblanc in Norwich, Connecticut. Frank was proceeded in death by his parents, two brothers, Louis and Edourd LeBlanc, one sister, Stella Mallet. He was also proceeded by other dear family members. He is survived by his wife, Anita (Webb) of the home, three sons, Frankie Jr (Chantal) LeBlanc of Concord, New Hampshire, Jesse (Samatha) LeBlanc of Evening Shade, Arkansas, and Doug Webb of Little Rock, Arkansas, two daughters, Jamie LeBlanc of Batesville, Arkansas, and Danita (Tommy)Puckett of Batesville, Arkansas. Frank is also survived by two brothers, Joe LeBlanc of Cave City, Arkansas, and George LeBlanc of Newton, Massachusetts, three sisters, Viola LeBlanc of Newton, Massachusetts, Noella McGovern of Waltham, Massachusetts, and Diann LeBlanc of Cave City, Arkansas. He is also survived by their fifteen grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren with one on the way. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and dear friends.
Frank met the love of his life, Anita (girl next door), in October 1990. They married on Valentine's Day 1994. They lived in the Cave City/Batesville area where Frank was excellent at drywall and finishing. They relocated to Heber Springs in January 2021where they met his landlord Marsha McCurry and other friends..
Frank had a deep faith and shared with folks he met. He had a special place in his heart for those 'brothers and sisters' at The Other Side dealing with addiction. He graduated from The Other Side where he was known as "Frankie Two Times" in January 2021 and was thankful for the help he received from Brother Jay Cupit, staff and friends. He enjoyed seeing those with these problems find the love and forgiveness from the Almighty and then seek His guidance in their lives. Thank God for second chances.
Frank had a love for his kids, grandkids and family. He had a love and gift for music. He wrote many songs and was given the opportunity to share his music at The Other Side and his churches. He also enjoyed fishing with his children, grandchildren and his son and family and friends back east in his boat. He was also very proud of the one deer he bagged.
He will be laid to rest cancer and pain free at the Cave City Cemetery with his mother, dad and his brother Eddie.
