Francis Lavere Little

Francis Lavere Little, 88, of Williamsport, MD, passed away, Monday, October 13, 2025, at the Meritus Medical Center.
Born Friday, June 18, 1937, in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of the late Raymond Levere Little and the late Margie Mae (Himes) Little.
Fran graduated from Hagerstown High School in 1955 and later from DeVry Tech in Chicago in 1961. He was employed as a radio engineer for numerous radio and TV stations in the tri state area. Fran was an avid Ham Radio Enthusiast and a DJ for almost every radio station in the area. He attended St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and was an active person, enjoying swimming and just having a lot of fun.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years Barbara Lee Little, son, Gary L. Little and wife Lynn, daughter, Karen S. Little and Lisa K. Mullendore and husband Douglas, grandchildren, Devon Andrew Little, Cheyenne Elizabeth Little, Aaron Bradley Little, great grandchildren, Allison Barbara Little and JoAnna Josephine Little.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Nelson Eugene Little.
Services will be held Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North Hagerstown, MD.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
Interment will be at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown, MD.
The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses, aids and doctors within the ICU, 4 East and 5 East at Mertius Medical Center that provided loving care. As well as the wonderful aids at Homewood at Williamsport.
