Chrissy I am so sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine the pain you are feeling right now. Although we hadn´t seen Franko in a while he will always hold a special place in our hearts. We will always remember that little boy running around the neighborhood playing with our girls, swimming in our pool, and playing basketball out front. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. With love, the Westgate family

Chrissy, I cannot even imagine the pain you are experiencing. I have so many good memories of our boys playing together. The Easter egg hunts at Leslie's house, having them over your house playing for hours. They always had so much fun together. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so heartbroken for everyone who loved Franko, most dearly for his mom, my sweet friend, Chrissy. Dear Chrissy, I love you and would do anything to take your pain away. You are a great mom - please know that. I watched you do ALL the heavy lifting of parenthood, working tirelessly to fulfill the impossible dual role of both mom and dad for Franko's entire life. Raising our boys together was such a privilege and blessing. Thank you for sharing him with our family. He will be missed by everyone, especially his group of friends who were more like 'brothers' and us moms who thought of him as a 'bonus son'. I have such fond memories throughout the years, especially of summer when he would occasionally join us at the cottage. I can still hear him calling me 'Mama Chaves' with that mischievous smile, usually after saying something hilariously inappropriate. He just had a way about him and was a beautiful soul. I loved him. I love you and I am so very sorry for your loss.
(PS - I wish I had more photos. This one, I do love because it really shows their true personalities. On their way to Derek's wedding. Franko, of course, opting for a silly face instead of his devastatingly handsome smile.)
