Francis 'Fran' P. Martorella, 75, of North Charleroi passed away on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Born on February 8, 1950 he was the son of the late Peter and Patricia (Oravitz) Martorella.

He was Catholic by faith, was a veteran of the United States Army Reserve, and enjoyed hanging out with his morning McDonald's coffee crew.

Fran is survived by his sons, Chris Martorella, and wife Angela, of Greensburg and Ryan Martorella, of Erie; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Alexandra and Vincent Martorella and Madeline, Nora and Evelyn Martorella; brother, Pete J. Martorella, Sr., of Charleroi; sister, Patty 'Sissy' Bachman, of Charleroi; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by an infant brother, Frank; and niece, Sgt. Deana Martorella Orellana.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, August 21 in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 am on Friday at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish, 624 Washington Ave., Charleroi.

Interment will be private.

I'm so sorry to hear about Frances passing away. I had the honor to care for him at Riverside. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and his son Chris in this time. I will miss him and think of him always . Rip fran. Love Shauna Adam
