John J. Martorella, born on November 6, 1948, in Queens, New York, passed away on October 25,2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family. He was not only a cherished son, father, and grandfather but also a respected veteran who served his country.
Throughout his career, John made significant contributions to the industry a sales professional for Gerber Baby. His colleagues and clients admired his work ethic and commitment to excellence.
John’s character was characterized by kindness and a profound love for his children and grandchildren, which was evident in the time and energy he devoted to his family. He is survived by his loving son, John P. Martorella and his wife Dina Martorella, and his dearest daughter, Dana Musso and her husband Joe Musso. His grandchildren, Anthony, Johnny, J.R., and Christian, were the pride of his life, and he held a special bond with each of them. His devoted mother, Antoinette, mourns the loss of her beloved son.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY. A prayer service will follow at 7:30 PM. John will be laid to rest at Saint Charles Cemetery in East Farmingdale, NY, on October 30, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
John J. Martorella will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His spirit, exemplary character, and affection for his family will always be remembered.
