Francis Moser Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lynch Funeral Service - Greenville on Dec. 15, 2025.
Francis Louise Moser, known to all as Louise, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, selflessness, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was born on August 18, 1933, in Emory, Texas, to Lillian Naomi Russell and Alma Payne Russell.

Louise devoted much of her life to caring for others. She was first and foremost a stay-at-home mother, a role she cherished deeply, before later working as a cafeteria worker at Greenville Middle School, where she was known for her kind spirit and hard work. She was a faithful member of Vansickle Baptist Church.

Family was always Louise's top priority. Taking care of those she loved was her greatest passion, and she was known as a truly selfless woman who would do anything for anyone in need. Her gentle heart, generous nature, and steadfast faith touched the lives of all who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Sheila Easley and husband Rick, Brent Moser and wife Kathy, and Kim Moser; her grandchildren, Sean Easley and wife Shelly, Brandi Haggerty and husband Kevin, Nikki Moser, Landon Moser, Blake Stanley, and Jared Stanley and wife Mary; her great-grandchildren, Cameron Stanley, Callum Haggerty, Kendrick Miller and wife Jalee; seven step-grandchildren; and her great-great-grandchild, Clara Miller. She is also survived by her sister, Helen Gaston and husband Tommy; her sister-in-law, Darlene Dahlquist and husband Ernie; along with a host of extended family members, including numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many dear friends.

Louise was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Naomi Russell; her father, Alma Payne Russell; her stepmother, Gladys Russell; her beloved husband, Marvin Moser; her siblings, Billy Russell, Ruth Myers, Phillip Russell, Jerry Russell, and Kathey Weatherford; her step-siblings, Sammy Potts, Doris Potts, and William "Peewee" Potts; and her special friend, David Dillon.

Louise will be remembered for her loving heart, quiet strength, and the countless ways she cared for others. Her life was a beautiful example of compassion, faith, and unconditional love, and she will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Lynch Funeral Service Chapel. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at the same location.
