In Loving Memory of

Francisco Javier Oliva

April 29, 1951 – August 15, 2025

Francisco Javier Oliva passed away peacefully on August 15, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on April 29, 1951, in Ciudad Anáhuac, Nuevo León, México,

Francisco's life was a profound testament to love, family, and perseverance.

Francisco was preceded in death by his beautiful wife, Alejandra and dear son, Adrian.

Francisco was a dedicated family man; a devoted husband to Alejandra for 44 years and the proud father of four sons Javier Oliva (Rebecca †), Fernando Oliva (Elsa), Adrian Oliva †, and Jonathan (Kristin), and his beloved daughter Alejandra Madeline Jackson. He was also a loving grandfather to Sicilia Oliva 16, Zadrian Jackson 15, Clemente Oliva 11, Elijah Oliva 10, Michael Oliva 8, Zarek Smith 4, Charlotte Oliva 1 month old. Francisco is also survived by his brother, Guillermo Oliva, his aunt Lucia Calderon, and his former son-in-law, Andre Jackson who gave his time and cared selflessly for Francisco.

A loyal employee of Coastal Transport for over 25 years, Francisco was a wonderful example of hard work and integrity. He was a respected coworker; a good friend and he took great pride in his work and in providing for his family and the home he so cherished.

He was a man of quiet strength who believed in the power of family and dedicated his life to his loved ones. Francisco's stories, advice, and warm hugs will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him.

Francisco's gentle spirit and steady presence will be deeply missed but his legacy of kindness and enduring love will go on.

Visitation to celebrate Francisco's life will be held on Thursday, August 28th from 9:00am to 1:00pm and Friday, August 29th from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, at Funeral Caring 2621 Mossrock Dr. San Antonio, Texas 78230.

In Francisco's honor, his family asks that you perform an act of kindness in his memory.
