He was born on July 14, 1962, in Michoacan, Mexico, to Ismael and Hermelinda (Ramirez) Vargas.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica; and his granddaughter, Julie Ann; 9 brothers and sisters.
Rosary and Mass will be held at the Church of St. Boniface, 1045 Marcum Rd., Nicolaus, at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
