FRANK SHERMAN BUCK passed away at home, on March 1st, 2024, just two days shy of his 82nd birthday.
For years, you could find him at the racetrack as both an avid fan and dedicated driver. Referring to himself in casual conversation as the announcers would introduce him "Frank Buck #75 Columbus, Ohio" When he wasn't racing, he was singing-a karaoke legend in his own right. As a successful business owner in both the real estate and trucking industries, he modeled for many, what a full life looked like. Frank loved hard, and in return, was loved by many. Stories of giving and generosity will be his legacy for many years to come. He was everyone's 'Uncle Buck' regardless of relation (or not). He held his family close to his heart, telling everyone who would listen about his pride and joy.
He is survived by his son and best friend, Frank H. (Debi) Buck, and his "#1 Grandson" Josh (Nicole) Buck, who gave him the gift of "the three most beautiful great grand-babies" Mason, Titus, and Charli. Additionally, Frank had the opportunity to love on countless cousins, nieces, and nephews. He spent the last 20 years of his life being loved by Judy Long, his girlfriend and life partner.
Frank will be joined in Heaven by his parents Frank S. and Ruth Buck, his brother Harold, sister Bonnie (her husband Wes), beloved daughter Koni, and mother of his children, Janie.
The family was asked to forego formal services, and would encourage each person who knew him, to honor his memory by living life to the fullest and retelling stories that make them laugh.
