Mr. Frank E. Donnelly, Jr., 63, of Alto, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2024.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Born in July 3, 1961 in St. Johnsbury, VT, he was the son of Shirley Ann Bean Donnelly and the late Frank E. Donnelly, Sr.
Mr. Donnelly is survived by his daughter, Amy Donnelly of Athens; mother, Shirley Donnelly of Alto; grandchildren, Lolee, Georgia, J.C., Regina; sister, Kathy Wood Krenek of Lula; sister and caregiver, Mary Brock of Alto; additional caregivers, Mary's children, Shawn, Chris, and Ashley; sister, Patty Donnelly of Clarkesville; brother, John Donnelly of Alto and a number of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Rd., Gainesville, Ga. 30504 is in charge of the arrangements.

When we were Young we would all go to Birch's island with Frank's daddy Uncle dinty cousin Kathy cousin Frank my brother Henry and me Caroline Frank's favorite song was hang down your head Tom Dooley and he always sang that on the way to Birch's Island we had so much fun rest in peace Frank

I remember when we were young and in the car with Uncle dinty and Frank cousin Frank cousin Kathy and me and my brother Henry would be going to Birch's Island and we always sang on the way there and on the way back and Frank's favorite song was Tom Dooley I remember him singing that song right now rest in peace Frank
