Stewart "Frank" Dowlen, age 77, of Clarksville, TN, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, TN.
Frank entered this life on April 7, 1948 in Chelsea, MA to Jack H. Dowlen, Sr. and Katherine Stewart Dowlen. He was a graduate of Austin Peay State University and a Veteran of The United States Navy.
He is preceded in death by his dear parents, and his twin brother, Jack Dowlen.
Survivors include his nephews; josh, and Cody Dowlen; and sisters, Carol Dowlen McGregor and Kathy Dowlen Gaines.
