Frank James Fulliam, Sr., of Newburg, MO, was born on Thursday, June 9, 1988, in San Bernardino, CA, to James Fulliam and Lela Ellen Fulliam, nee Asplin. He passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025, at his home, at the age of 37 years, 1 month and 19 days.
Frank attended and graduated from Victor Valley High School in Victorville, CA in the Class of 2006. He worked as a salesman, a valet in Brooklyn IL, and in construction. He also worked at Meramec State Park in the maintenance department. Frank was a loving, devoted father, loving son, and very good hearted. He believed in Jesus and the afterlife, heaven. Frank and Frank Jr. were a team, best friends and inseparable. He loved the outdoors, especially hiking and floating. He enjoyed riding ATCs, off roading, watching movies, and listening to music with his son. Frank was a great role model for his son, always working hard. He was working on rebuilding his family home. Most of all, Frank loved spending time with his son and his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Fulliam; stepfather, Roland Gooch; grandparents, Edward and Caroline Fulliam, Leo and Adelia Asplin; brother, James Edward Fulliam; aunt, Bonita Ray; and cousin, Denice Adams.
Frank is survived by his mother, Lela E. Gooch of Newburg, MO; son, Frank James Fulliam, Jr.; siblings, Gina Adams, Jesse James Fulliam, Sylvia Fulliam, James Dean Fulliam and Sheila Miller; brother-in-law, Jason Boyd Adams; nephews, Joseph Fulliam, Jesse Fulliam and Jason James Adams; uncle, Leo U. Asplin; aunts, Linda Adams and Carol Adams; cousins, Charles Asplin, Jennifer Adams, Josh Adams, Adelia Davis, Dustin Asplin, Mike Graff, Roger Knapp, Matt Fulliam, Pauline LeBlanc, Tammy Ray, Michele Koon, April McNeal, Charles Asplin, Michael Adams, Matthew Adams, Kristy Adams, Misty Adams, Kandi Adams, and Karrie Adams; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Private Interment was held at Lick Creek Cemetery in Cuba, MO.
All arrangements under the direction of Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, MO.
