He was born on May 5, 1953 in Philadelphia. He graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School and enjoyed a long career with the City of Philadelphia as a Real Estate Property Supervisor. In his spare time, Frank enjoyed watching sports and spending time with family.
Frank was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Joan Gray, and his son, Bryan Gray. He is survived by his daughter, Lauren McRae (Christopher), his daughter-in-law, Emily Chau, and six adored grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Frank's life on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, with visitation beginning at 9AM at Maternity BVM Church, located at 9220 Old Bustleton Ave, Phila, PA 19115. His Funeral Mass will follow at 10AM. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Temple Lung Center, an organization that enabled Frank to have an extra six years of life.
