Frank also had two daughters from his first marriage, Christine Minter and Heidi Blais and 2 grandchildren.
Friends and members of the community are invited to join the family on Thursday June 15, 2023 at 1 PM for a Celebration of Frank's life. Join us at Burroughs Funeral Home, 3558 Old Kings Highway, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
For those who cannot join in person the service will be live streamed. The link will be available 15 minutes prior to service time, on this page.
