Frank Kipa Obituary
Mr. Frank Alan Kipa, 67, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023. A celebration of his life will be held Monday, June 5, 2023 in the Chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home at 3:00 PM. A committal service will immediately follow at Parkway Memorial Gardens. The friends may greet the family, Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Frank was born on November 29, 1955 in Harrisburg, PA to the late Charles Prescott and Geraldine Damon Prescott. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sheilla Gibbs Kipa; brother, Johnny Kipa, and sister, Cathy Kipa. Frank was a loving father, brother, and dear friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Frank was an honorable man who took great pride in his work. He was employed at Brown and Williamson for several years as a Millwright. He enjoyed collecting coins and most importantly, Frank enjoyed spending time with his beloved daughter and extended family.
Frank is survived by his cherished daughter, Mandy (Shannon Watson) Kipa; siblings: Dennis (Linda) Kipa and Joseph (Juanita) Kipa; and a host of extended friends and family.
