Frank Joseph Logel III

Frank Joseph Logel, III, age 62, died on December 23, 2025 after battling cancer for over three and a half years.

He is survived by his daughters, Rhiannon Logel (Taylor) of Lady Lake, Florida and Abigail Logel (Sammy) of Wildwood, Florida, his mother Gertrude Logel of Lady Lake, Florida, brother James Logel (Kim) of Panama City, Florida, his sister Gretchen Harper (Dean) of Summerfield, Florida and his brother Timothy Logel (Kathy) of Grand Junction, Colorado. He is preceded in death by his father Frank Joseph Logel, Jr. Frank was born on February 14, 1963 in Buffalo, New York to parents Frank Joseph Logel, Jr. and Gertrude Irene Logel.

He graduated from Ohio Diesel Technical Institute in Cleveland, Ohio with an associates degree in diesel mechanics. He moved to Lady Lake and accepted a position as a mechanic at Lake County School Board where he worked for 30 years. Frank was close to his family, and spent many years camping and enjoying the outdoors and had a love for all animals. He visited many national parks for many years of his life.

A celebration of life is scheduled for Wednesday, January 7 at Leesburg Boat Club 31 Dozier Circle, Leesburg, FL from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Frank's life.
