Frank LoRusso Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc. - Leesport on Dec. 5, 2025.
Frank LoRusso, beloved father, husband, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 4th, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. He was 53. He was the husband of Tammy (Fisher) LoRusso.

Born in Denville NJ, Frank lived a life defined by hard work, generosity, and an unwavering dedication to the people he loved. He was a master carpenter and worked in construction for over 40 years, he later shifted his professional focus to a Building Code Enforcement Officer at Kraft Municipal Group. He built a reputation as someone who would always show up when needed, with a steady hand, wise words, or his unmistakable sense of humor. If something was broken, Frank could fix it; if something was needed , he could build it. It was one of his greatest gifts.

Frank's greatest joy was his family. He was a beloved father to Luigi, Isabella, Talon Seitzinger, Ashlee Seitzinger wife of Talon and predeceased by his daughter Taylor Seitzinger, brother to Lisa Bevacqua wife of John Bevacqua, grandfather to Leonardo, and a loyal friend to many. His loyal dogs, Miela and Stella, were never far from him and will miss him dearly. Those who knew him will miss his sense of humor, his quick comebacks, and his incredible strength.

He is survived by many extended family members who loved him deeply. He is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Lois (Carey) LoRusso.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport. Burial will follow in St. Luke's Cemetery, Shoemakersville. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 am in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donations be made to the Berks County Community Foundation Taylor Nicole Seitzinger memorial scholarship fund.

Frank will be deeply missed for his humor, his strength, and the generosity he offered so freely to family and friends.
