Frank Joseph Mancuso, Sr., 59, of La Porte, IN, passed away on June 11, 2025, at his home, surrounded by the love of his family.
He was born on January 17, 1966, in Hanover, NY, to Gillis and Shirley (Austin) Mancuso.
Frank is survived by his children, Joshua (Tiffany) Mancuso of Dewittville, NY, Derick (Allie) Nesvold of New Carlisle, Frank Mancuso, Jr. of South Bend, Sam (Josh) Wozniak of La Porte, and Zach (Jannae) Mancuso of Medaryville; grandchildren, Jonathon, Josephine, Wynton, Rohen, Cooper, Colton, Walden, Theodore, Delilah, Jameson, and Scarlet; best friend and love of his life, Tracy L. Layton of La Porte; sisters, Deborah Thomas of Buffalo, NY, LouAnne (Dr. Paul) Lundgren of Lebanon, NH, April (Robert) Smith of Silver Creek, NY, Danita (Bruce) Harrison of North Tonawanda, NY, Tammy Rettig of South Dayton, NY, and Juli Mancuso of Locust Grove, VA; brothers, Rev. Dennis Mancuso of Franklinville, NY and Anthony (Gina) Mancuso of Geneseo, NY; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Caden Mancuso; and brother, Gillis Joseph Mancuso III.
Frank proudly served in the United States Army.
He was self-employed as an owner/operator at F & L Trucking, Inc. (Frank and LeeRoy). Frank will be fondly remembered by his family for having a master's degree at life!
Family was Frank's #1 priority. He strived to always make everyone around him feel welcomed and comfortable. Frank was a true, gentle giant and dearly loved by his family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Cutler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Rev. Dennis Mancuso officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Kingsbury Cemetery.
A time of visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to the Center for Hospice Care--Hospice Foundation, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
