Frank J. Pasini, Jr. 79, of Enfield, entered into eternal rest on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023. He was the beloved husband of 35 years to Rosemary (Carden) Pasini. Frank was born on Dec. 22, 1943 in Springfield, MA, a son of the late Frank J. and Florence (DeCaro) Pasini. He was a lifelong resident of Enfield. He was proud member of the U.S. Army and the Army Reserve. Frank was employed by Bourke Eno Paper Co. for many years, before becoming business owner of Memories Café. Frank was a member of the Enfield Veteran's Council and Finance officer, the John Maciolek Post 154 American Legion, having the rule of Senior Vice Commander, Assistant Service Officer and member of the Executive Council, a member of the Enfield Patriot Award Committee, and Italian -American war veteran Post 17 Commander (Rinaldi-Roy Fede Post 17). In his later years besides duties with the clubs he enjoyed watching the grandchildren play sports. He had a passion for fly fishing, especially with his brother, nephews & buddies for many years, a diehard NY Yankees fan, and he enjoyed playing set back with his buddies and meeting occasionally for lunches.
In addition to his wife Rosemary, he is survived by his children Jessica Pasini of Suffield, Jaclyn Pasini of Enfield, Jennifer McKay & husband Kevin of Colts Neck, NJ and Michael Sadutto also of Colts Neck, NJ, his beloved grandchildren; Connor McKay, Jordan McKay, Ryan McKay, Joey Pasini-Moran and Gia Pasini. He is also survived by a sister-in-law Rosa Pasini, nephews John Pasini & wife Maricor of Ellington, and Francis Pasini & wife Jane of Tolland, a niece Elizabeth "Liz" (Pasini) Partian & husband Bob of Windsor Locks, great niece Grace and great nephews Matthew, John & Derek. Along with a brother-in-law James Carden. Besides his parents Frank was predeceased by his brother John Pasini and brother-in-law John Carden.
Relatives and friend may gather with his family on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Browne Memorial Chapels. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday 9:00 am at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Bernard Church (St. Jeanne Jugan Parish) Enfield. Interment with military honors will then take place in St. Patrick's King St. Cemetery, Enfield.
