Frank Joseph Plutt

Frank Joseph Plutt, Jr., 71, of Painesville Township passed away September 28, 2024 at University Hospital Seidman Center after a brief battle with cancer. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. Although he had no children of his own, he was always there to offer advice or playful banter with his nieces and nephews. He will be remembered for his generosity, quick wit and humorous life stories.
Frank was born December 14, 1952. He spent many years working in Finance spending most of his time within the jewelry industry working for J.B. Robinson and then Alson Jewelers. Outside of work, he loved cars, specifically Corvettes. He was an active member of the National Council of Corvette Clubs-Cleveland Corvettes and even had 2 of his C5's on display at the National Corvette Museum.
Frank is survived by his brothers John and Jim (Corrine) Plutt, nieces Jessica (Joe) Yazvac and Laura Plutt (Kevin Monnier), nephews Jim (Taylor) Plutt Jr., and J.J. Plutt (Elizabeth Juchno), great nephews Jake Yazvac and Gus Monnier, and great nieces Jocelyn Yazvac and Sylvie Plutt and lifelong friend Carol Kazmak.
Frank is preceded in death by his other and father, Frank and Sylvia Plutt, as well as his sister-in-law, Cyndi Plutt.
The family will hold a private ceremony at a later date. He will be paid to rest at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
